Niche international oil & gas recruiter, Mentor IMC Group, has been acquired by Vinci Energies, a subsidiary of French conglomerate Vinci SA.

Global oil & gas industry project resource specialists, Mentor IMC Group, has been acquired by Vinci Energies, a subsidiary of French conglomerate Vinci SA.
Consideration for the acquisition was not disclosed. Mentor was established in 1987 and in 2013 had revenues of £60m.
