THE AGENCY WORKERS REGULATIONS (AWR) are ridiculous. In response to your story reporting on the AWR summit in London (‘AWR four months on: opinions still divided over position of limited company contractors’, recruiter.co.uk, 3 February) we have clients still not supplying the correct rates largely due to middle management companies.
