Strategy, however, has become an over-used word. In relation to this book, “tips and techniques” might have been a more appropriate term to describe the contents.


Supermarket chain Safeway has questioned its exclusion from the latest FTSE4Good list of ethically sound companies, which includes rivals Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
