UK-based global recruitment-to-recruitment business Paddington Partners has appointed Daniel Christian as senior business manager.

He will be responsible for managing and developing the UK and international operation for the business.

UK marine staffing specialist Marine Resources has appointed Tie Wa Li as recruitment consultant.

Wa Li will focus mainly on commercial and offshore renewable energy sectors to expand the company’s capabilities as a marine specialist recruitment agency.

Originally from Dalian, China, Wa Li has a strong knowledge of the Asian marine industry.

The Manpower Employment Outlook Survey is based on responses from over 2,100 UK employers about hiring intentions in the coming economic quarter.
