The global CEO of Grafton Employment Group is banking on a new sales and marketing strategy to spearhead its international expansion.

Jason Kennedy told Recruiter that the new strategy was being led by a Business Innovation Team (the Big team). Launched in the autumn, the team is comprised of nine senior staff.

JobMate has launched a free Wordpress plug-in application, which enables recruiters and employers to use JobMate to display jobs directly on their websites using Wordpress.

JobMate provides software that enables recruiters to post jobs onto their own websites and that of other job boards simultaneously.

Competition is hotting up again post-recession for skilled property industry professionals, according to Sally Chacatte, group human resources director for global property business Knight Frank.

BAE Systems is to take on 290 apprentices in its UK business this year, the firm has announced.
