Global executive search firm Boyden’s managing director, Richard G Lipstein, has been appointed to The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) board of directors.

Lipstein had formerly served as chairman of its Career Development Committee, and received the Volunteer of the Year Award in 2009 for his contributions to the NYSSA.
