Anne Fairweather, head of policy at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, is leaving the trade body to take up a new position at the British Bankers Association.

The 2011 edition of the ‘Plimsoll Industry Analysis’ shows that 243 companies in the market are finishing the year in financial trouble.
