Attractive people are more likely to land a new job than those less fortunate, according to new research from hirescores.com.

The research reveals that 67% of employers admit to being more inclined to give an attractive person a job than those who are no strangers to the ugly stick.

Recruiter has obtained a list of recruitment firms that have been appointed to the government’s Buying Solutions Non-Permanent Staff (NPS) framework.

Hiring sentiment is strongest among emerging markets, according to the latest Manpower employment outlook survey.

The survey of more than 61,000 employers found those in China, Taiwan, India and Brazil bullish on hiring, with employers in China, Switzerland and Taiwan reporting their strongest hiring plans since Manpower began polling these countries.
