A third of jobseekers say HR handled their redundancy badly and 90% would not hesitate to tell others about their experience, according to research from career planning service Careerplan4.me.

The survey of over 1,000 jobseekers also found that a quarter of those made redundant have a very poor perception of their employer, while half have a poor or indifferent view.
