Online recruitment marketplace gatszu.com has now launched.

The site, in partnership with The Sunday Times HR Business Network, is an online platform that connects UK-based employers seeking new talent with a nationwide network of approved, independent recruitment agencies.

Agency Workers Regulations, which implement the Agency Workers Directive, have now been published. The first public view of the regulations have now been uploaded to the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) website. The Regulations confirm that implementation will not begin until after 1 October 2011.

The impetus for any changes to the Agency Workers Regulations would have to come from industry, said Conservative MP Jonathan Djanogly.
