Farris, the co-founder of property recruiter Judd Farris, joins as a non-executive director, while Regan joined Astbury Marsden as finance director in December 2007.

Public sector vacancies are falling “considerably”, according to Karen Masterson, director at Working Links.

Commenting on March’s Working Links Employment Insight report, Masterson says the public sector had benefited from the temporary boost of the UK’s Census but vacancies are still falling considerably.
