Outsourcing firm The Capita Group has acquired Ramesys, a provider of integrated ICT solutions to the education and commercial sector, from Lloyds Bank for £15m.

Executive search firm and management consultancy EBS Ukraine is the latest partner for executive search firm AIMS International.

Helen Volska, managing partner and director at EBS Ukraine in Kiev, believes the partnership will provide even more value to its clients. “Joining AIMS International was as much of a decision for EBS as for our clients,” says Volska.
