Louise McCarthy-Teague has stepped down as HR director at multi-sector recruiter Meridian Business Support.

She leaves to take a new senior HR opportunity with training and enterprise company Avanta Group.

Global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has appointed Lisa Tromba as partner in the New York office within its consumer and industrial practices.
