Helen Reynolds, the former acting chief executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has been appointed as chief executive of business support provider the Recruitment Industry Development Agency (RIDA).

Commenting on Reynold’s appointment, Paul Macildowie chairman at RIDA, says: “The appointment of Helen Reynolds to this role is the further significant marker in RIDA’s commitment to the Recruitment Industry. Helen brings a wealth of recruitment expertise as well as practical hands on expertise gained through her role at the REC. Her experience of providing mentorship, coaching and training to SME’s is of course an excellent addition to the existing talent stable”
