Level 3 Certificate in In-house Recruitment

The new Level 3 Certificate in In-house Recruitment (CertIHR) is designed by in-house recruiters, for in-house recruiters; endorsed by the Good Recruitment Campaign and created by employers.

It contains all recruitment legislation and best practice knowledge an in-house recruiter needs giving you that professional edge.

  • Understanding relationship management for in-house recruiters
  • Understanding candidate sourcing
  • Understanding candidate selection
  • Understanding the candidate experience

Who is the course for?

Ideal for anyone working in an in-house environment looking to enhance their professional skills in candidate management and experience, personal development, relationship management and knowledge in Recruitment law and ethics. 

When you complete this qualification you will progress to Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management degree level.

How is the course taught?

This course can be taken through our 12 week distance learning option or the five week fast track which includes a three day intensive workshop. With nine UK location at which the examination can be taken.

Our distance learning option costs £649 + VAT per person, and fast track is £949 + VAT per person.

There is also the option to have this qualification delivered through an in-company programme at your office if you have a number of staff you wish to enrol. 

Whichever option you choose, you will be provided with all learning materials and your own dedicated study coach to support you through the coursework and examination.
