From Level 2 to Level 5, the IRP offers a range of recruitment qualifications to help you succeed

Our professional qualifications are designed to give you the knowledge and skills to succeed in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Studying with us will give you a deeper understanding of recruitment that vastly improves your potential. As you progress through your career, what you learn through an IRP qualification will enable you to become a complete recruiter. When you enrol on any of our qualifications, you will receive student membership of the IRP during your training period, and then 12 months’ complementary Affiliate membership (AIRP) upon completion of the course.
