Specialist market research, marketing discipline and creative industries recruiter, RPCushing Recruitment, has appointed Nicola Bails as manager of its recruitment marketing and design/creative services divisions.

Specialist market research, marketing discipline and creative industries recruiter, RPCushing Recruitment, has appointed Nicola Bails as manager of its recruitment marketing and design/creative services divisions. Bails joins from Phee Farrer Jones (PFJ) where she was responsible for leading and growing the contract, temp and freelance division over a number of years.

Commenting on her appointment, Bails said: “I am hugely excited to be part of the team. Khurram Somra (compliance) and Amber Burns (audit) have joined the risk team as senior consultants and Jenny Young has joined the change team. LisaBaker has been promoted to business support manager.

Karin Warwick Thompsonhas joined executive search firm CTPartners as a partner in its insurance practice, and will undertake assignments for general management and senior positions for leading domestic, regional and global insurers. She joins from the Whitney Group where she established and led its insurance practice.
