Steven Kirkpatrick has stood down as head of Adecco general staffing and Jonathan Wren with immediate effect.

Christian De Conti will replace Kirkpatrick in the role. De Conti has previously worked as sales and business development director for Adecco Italy. De Conti was also Adecco’s senior vice president, North America and country manager, Venezuela.

Catherine King, chief executive of Adecco Group UK and Ireland said:  “I am delighted to welcome Christian to our group of Adecco companies in the UK and Ireland. I believe that his wealth of industry expertise will serve our customers, candidates and colleagues well in the future.
