UKG brings Conway on board as CPO

UKG, a provider of HR, payroll and workforce management solutions, has appointed Beth Conway as chief people officer (CPO).
Conway (pictured) will join the company next Monday [24 March], reporting to UKG CEO Jennifer Morgan.
A UKG statement says Conway will play a significant role in the company’s growth and global expansion efforts by driving HR operational excellence, including leading talent acquisition, total rewards, people operations, employee relations and the company’s own HCM technology.
With more than 25 years of HR experience, Conway has built a career centred on creating people-centric organisational cultures across the globe, most recently as executive vice president and chief people & places officer at AI market leader Nuance Communications.
Before Nuance, Conway had a 19-year career at CA Technologies, an enterprise management software engineering organisation, where she designed and executed a comprehensive talent strategy that aligned the right people with the right opportunities at the right time to enable customers and advance organisational goals. She also established a data-driven decision environment leveraging people analytics and “led a major culture transformation with a focus on delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences”, according to the company statement.
