Jones joins Sellick Partnership, heads new Birmingham office

Recruitment specialist Sellick Partnership has appointed Greg Jones (pictured), who joins the business to spearhead a new office in Birmingham.

This strategic expansion will further develop the professional services recruiter’s IT and technology public sector offering, says a company statement, with a primary focus across the Midlands and South regions.

Jones will also join the Sellick Partnership board of directors, bringing with him a wealth of commercial, recruitment and sector expertise. With years of leadership experience, his insights will be invaluable in shaping the company’s continued growth and strengthening its position within the technology public sector recruitment market.

This move will complement Sellick Partnership’s existing IT team in the Newcastle office, according to the company. The Newcastle office will continue to grow its own marketshare across the North of England.

The statement continues: “This is a significant step towards accelerating growth and positioning the business to fully support digitalisation plans across the NHS and wider public sector over the coming years.”

Commenting on Jones’ appointment, Hannah Cottam, CEO of Sellick Partnership, said: “The launch of our Birmingham office aligns perfectly with our strategic growth plans, and I have no doubt that Greg’s expertise will play a key role in our future success.”

Jones’ appointment at Sellick Partnership follows a number of senior promotions and appointments. In January, Katherine Busby was promoted to associate director of finance, and Chris Swindell joined as commercial finance director.

Sellick Partnership specialises in recruiting professionals on a permanent and temporary basis across the following specialisms: legal, finance & accountancy, HR, procurement, change & transformation, ICT & digital technology, actuarial, housing & property services and executive search.
