• Global recruitment firm Hays has appointed Anthony Graham as its new chief product and innovation officer. Graham will play a critical role in building the global product and innovation function, which will operate at the intersection of sales and technology and will be responsible for developing new products. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in both product development and data analytics across various industries.

• Kelly, a global speciality talent solutions provider, has announced completion of its previously announced chief financial officer transition. Troy Anderson, who joined Kelly in October 2024, will succeed Olivier Thirot as the company’s CFO, effective 2 December, 2024. Thirot will retire as an officer of Kelly, while continuing to serve the company as a strategic adviser.

Scholes brings more than 25 years’ experience in human resources, leadership and coaching. She will leverage her expertise in coaching, talent leadership and assessment for the firm’s leadership solutions programme.
