JasperRose specialises in accountancy and finance roles within the consumer, luxury, retail, FMCG, leisure, hospitality and media industries.

Sphere and JasperRose have worked closely together for many years, serving a shared customer base, office in 2021 and non-executive director for several years. With the acquisition, the two recruiters have joined forces, combining expertise and resources to expand the services on offer to customers.

Rosie O’Callaghan, founder of JasperRose, will continue to lead the team as its managing director, while also taking on the role of director at Sphere Digital Recruitment. Vikesh Babajee, senior associate at JasperRose, joins alongside O’Callaghan.

Samantha O’Neil, one of Sphere’s longest-standing employees and top-performing consultants, will transition into her new role as associate director at JasperRose, focusing on recruiting part-qualified accountants (PQAs) as a part of JasperRose’s team.
