Management buyout at C&M Travel Recruitment

Barbara (Basia) Kolosinska and Duncan Tingle are the new owners of specialist recruiter C&M Travel Recruitment.

Managing director and minority shareholder Kolosinska (above, right) and sales director Tingle (above, left) have completed a management buyout of the established travel recruitment agency.

The pair have purchased the remaining share capital from former chairman Angus Chisholm, who founded the company in 1998, which means they own 100% of the organisation.

Joining C&M as recruitment consultants in 1999 and 2002 respectively, Kolosinska and Tingle have spent the majority of their careers at C&M, working their way up through the company.

Chisholm will remain with the agency as a non-executive director.

Speaking about the takeover, Chisholm said: “I am delighted and proud to see C&M Travel Recruitment transition to the capable hands of our experienced and talented management team. It’s rewarding to know that the excellent business we have built over many years will continue to thrive under their leadership… This marks an exciting new phase for C&M.”
