Kingdom Services Group finalises MC Personnel acquisition

Kingdom Services Group has successfully acquired Gillingham-based MC Personnel.

The acquired business will be rebranded Kingdom People to align with the existing brands within the Kingdom Services Group.

Mike Rogers, COO of Kingdom People, and his senior leadership team (SLT) welcomed MC Personnel’s team, headed by Danielle Cassidy: “The acquisition of MC Personnel is an important step in the growth of Kingdom People, as it becomes our sixth branch location and increases our footprint in core and new vertical markets including hospitality/catering and transport.”

Cassidy will continue to lead the operation and will join Kingdom People’s SLT.

Based in Newton-le-Willows in Merseyside, Kingdom Services Group delivers people solutions with care in the specialist areas of security, cleaning and recruitment services. It has a network of offices spanning Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, London and Belfast, along with a growing presence in India.
