Haatch invests in recruitment streamlining platform TalentLynk

TalentLynk, a cloud calling and AI-powered communication platform, has secured £335k in pre-seed funding from established UK investor Haatch.

Founded in 2024 by London-based entrepreneurs Daniel Nitu and Omar Zafar, the platform is designed to streamline recruitment practices.

The solution provides phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email services into a single inbox that syncs with CRMs. Features and benefits include a VoIP system, and calls are transcribed into text, after which AI processes the transcripts.

Current integration partners include Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo and JobAdder. Salesforce, Mercury, Firefish, RecruiterFlow and more will be added next year, according to TalentLynk.
