• Basingstoke-based Reality HR has acquired HR Initiatives, expanding its reach to a combined client base of around 280 businesses, served by a team of experienced HR consultants. HR Initiatives’ clients will benefit from access to Reality HR’s recruitment services and learning and development team. This includes an executive coach and insights discovery practitioners alongside tailored training solutions and development programmes for business leaders and line managers. The HR Initiatives team, mostly based in and around Hertfordshire, will continue to work with their client base across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and London. Emma Williams, managing director at HR Initiatives, which was founded in 2003, will remain with the business to ensure a smooth transition for her teams and for HR Initiatives’ clients.
