NRG appoints Dalziel to move forward with digital transformation

Newcastle-headquartered recruiter NRG has appointed Craig Dalziel as head of tech & digital recruitment.

Dalziel (pictured) brings more than 12 years’ IT recruitment expertise to NRG, having led high-performing teams across the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, and the US.

According to the company, with digital transformation accelerating across industries and the demand for specialised tech talent at an all-time high, organisations are facing challenges in attracting and retaining top performers.

Leanne Chambers, managing director of NRG, said: “[Craig’s] appointment significantly bolsters our tech and digital presence, aligning perfectly with our strategic vision to expand into new markets and solidify our position as industry leaders… His knowledge and experience will be instrumental in driving our innovation agenda and enhancing our service delivery.

“In the coming months, we'll be launching initiatives to strengthen our presence in emerging tech sectors and establishing NRG as the go-to partner for tech talent acquisition.”
