New signing Williams boosts Anderson Quigley’s health sector team

Executive search firm Anderson Quigley has appointed Sian Williams as partner in the health and social care team.

With over 17 years’ experience, Williams brings a wealth of expertise from across the public sector, with a strong track record on appointing people to executive and senior management positions within the NHS.

Anderson Quigley can now provide a full executive search offering across the health and social care sector, from permanent, interim or board level, according to a company statement.

Roles within the health and social care sector are evolving, meaning a greater need for talent with a wide range and depth of experience beyond the sector, as well as flexible working opportunities. AQ’s knowledge of the health and social care system means it leads on the search and selection of high-calibre individuals, who have the skills and expertise to address the unprecedented challenges facing the sector.

Anderson Quigley specialises in providing executive search, interim management and people advisory services across education, healthcare, social care, not for profit and the wider public sector.
