• Ocorian, a fund administration and corporate services provider, has appointed Jeanette Rooms as its new chief people officer. Rooms will join Ocorian’s executive committee. She joins from sports and digital entertainment platform Kingmakers, where she was group head of HR. Her career in HR spans over 25 years across multiple industries, including financial services where she has worked for GSA Capital, Egg and Prudential.
