Sellick Partnership appoints Tehrani to associate director, promotes wellbeing

Recruitment specialist Sellick Partnership has promoted Rayhaneh Tehrani to associate director after joining the business in 2010 as resourcing consultant, specialising in public sector legal recruitment.

Over the past 14 years, she has been concentrating on the locum South-East market, and in 2018, the Legal London team was formed with Tehrani at the helm. Over the last five years the team has grown, both in headcount and marketshare in the London locum legal sector.

According to a company statement, the first six months of this year has seen the team go from strength to strength, working on several high-volume recruitment campaigns, as well as breaking into new organisations.

Touching on the growth of services provided, Tehrani said: “This is a personal milestone for me, and something I had really set my sights on. Growing new service offerings is key to the overall growth of the business, and I am delighted to be able to contribute to that.”

Earlier this year, Tehrani was also instrumental in forming Sellick Partnership’s Wellbeing Team, focusing on improving mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Now a team of four, with representation across the business, the Wellbeing Team has implemented several initiatives and is currently working towards becoming a certified menopause-friendly workplace.
