With a proven track record in executive leadership and a deep understanding of the New York market, Shadwell will bring invaluable expertise to Forsyth Barnes as the company continues to expand its presence in North America.

With more than 20 years of experience, he joins Forsyth Barnes from the executive VP role at recruitment specialist GCS. He helped grow the GCS New York and US operations, showcasing his ability to navigate complex markets and drive exponential expansion. 

Shadwell’s career includes pivotal roles at international recruiter Eurostaff, where he launched the first international office in Germany before becoming Europe & UK MD, and later as CEO at Ignition People, overseeing a successful acquisition for the nGAGE Group.

In his new role, Jack will be responsible for leading Forsyth Barnes’ operations in New York City, overseeing executive search engagements and cultivating relationships with key clients across various industries. He will work closely with the firm’s global leadership team to further strengthen Forsyth Barnes' position as the global talent partner of choice within FinTech, eTail and Sports & Entertainment.
