Pertemps one of top employers of veterans

Coinciding with Armed Forces Day tomorrow [29 June 2024], Pertemps Network Group has been named as one of the top employers of veterans in the UK.

The Meriden-based recruitment specialist was placed ninth in the Top GREAT British Employers of Veterans book, launched in London yesterday [27 June] at the British Ex-Forces in Business Awards.

The business has a dedicated Armed Forces Liaison Team which, last year, helped place more than 100 service leavers into roles outside of the forces, with a further 100 currently being helped in finding new careers.

Pertemps originally signed the Armed Forces Covenant in June 2014 and formed its own HM Forces Liaison Team in April 2015. The dedicated MoD team caters for service leavers, veterans, reservists, spouses, dependants, cadets and the wounded, injured and sick.
