Hospitality recruitment drive to fill 50 roles in luxury Scottish hotel

Crossbasket Castle, a luxury hotel on the outskirts of Glasgow, is set to create 50 new jobs in the hospitality industry.

Following a major £15m investment, Crossbasket Castle will launch its highly anticipated new offering this August, with an additional 40-bedroom hotel, two five-bedroom eco-friendly lodges, a luxury spa and new destination restaurant opening to the public.

This new recruitment drive looks to recruit the best talent in the sector to join its growing team, filling jobs across the business, including reception, waiting, bar, kitchen staff and more.

Candidates will have the opportunity to apply for roles at Trocadero’s restaurant – a unique venue which promises to ‘transport guests to the dawn of a new golden era’ with seven-night-a-week entertainment and a world-class menu overseen by acclaimed Michelin star chef, Michel Roux Jr.

Graeme Green, MD at Crossbasket Castle, said: “We all know the challenges that the hospitality industry has faced over the past few years. That’s why we’re thrilled to be bringing new job opportunities to the sector and we want to hear from people who are passionate about delivering a top tier service for our visitors.

“There will be training opportunities for people of all skill levels, and the chance to learn from some of the best in the business for those looking to forge a career in the industry.”

Crossbasket Castle is hosting a recruitment open day tomorrow [Thursday 18 April] from 3pm to 8pm.
