Ford & Stanley makes the Wright move at Talentwise

Ford & Stanley Group has promoted Richard ‘Ricky’ Wright to head of sales for Talentwise, the blue-collar skilled and semi-skilled business area of the group’s recruitment arm.

Wright joined the talent services specialist as senior recruitment consultant in 2015. With his extensive knowledge and network in the rail sector, he has played a key role in the growth of Talentwise, while receiving several promotions and nurturing an expanding team, according to a company statement.

The promotion recognises Wright’s contribution to the ongoing success of the business area, which has gone from strength to strength as a recruitment partner to some of the most significant employers in the UK transportation and mobility industry.

With more than 35 years’ experience in the talent services sector, Ford & Stanley Group has offices in Derby and London, servicing an international client base. The company provides leadership training, recruitment services from shop floor to boardroom, performance coaching and mental fitness support.
