APPOINTMENTS: 4-8 MARCH 2024

This week’s appointments include: greenbean, NRG, Pertemps, The IN Group

• IT and executive search specialist NRG has made a number of promotions to its leadership team. In collaboration with its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business greenbean, Leanne Chambers has been appointed managing director of both businesses. Adam Gowland has been promoted to head of the tech and digital division. Stephanie Foley and Leanne Stevenson have been promoted to managing consultants.

In addition, head of strategic hiring at greenbean Matt Lazenby’s responsibilities will now encompass leadership over the corporate services division, creating a synergistic approach by merging HR, financial services, business support and customer contact, and engineering, manufacturing and technical (EMT) into a cohesive strategy.

Pertemps has appointed Michael Way to its recruitment team as manager in Edinburgh. Way will focus on the professional services division for Scotland East and will support financial sector clients across the UK seeking to add to their talent rosters. He brings more than 10 years’ experience in client-facing roles in sectors such as finance and accountancy, business support, tax and legal, and office services and solutions, both in the UK and internationally.

• Global talent solutions provider The IN Group has appointed Charlotte Roberts as chief people officer to oversee the organisation’s people and culture function on a global scale. Roberts joins The IN Group’s board and will lead the company’s people and culture strategy, ensuring practices align with the firm’s business strategy. She brings decades of experience in the talent space and previously served as the global people director at global executive search firm Leathwaite.
