Eastward Partners appoints Szepkouski as COO

Executive search specialist Eastward Partners has appointed Adam Szepkouski into the role of chief operating officer (COO).

In his role, Szepkouski will spearhead the organisation’s human capital and strategic operational focus, ensuring the scalability of Eastward, which specialises in private equity and professional services sectors.

He brings more than 15 years of experience in human capital consulting to his new role, having last contributed to the growth of Bespoke Partners as senior vice president of talent & operations.

Szepkouski’s appointment as COO marks a significant milestone in the firm’s journey, as it looks to enhance its service offerings and scale its consultancy service.
