• Concept Resourcing, a technology talent specialist, has appointed Nicola Copeland as operations director. Copeland has over 20 years in recruitment, and joins from Adecco, where she held the roles of senior business manager central government IT, digital and PPM, and also NHS national sales lead. She has also managed contract and perm teams within both SME and corporate environment.

• iSource Group, the IT, digital and change management recruitment specialist based in Leeds, has appointed Meg Whitehead as marketing and events manager. Previously working as an events manager for Nomad Catering, Whitehead will support the marketing strategy for iSource and will be responsible for associated business communities, the Yorkshire Mafia (YM) and Silicon Yorkshire.
