Watson leads RSS Global brand as CEO for Twenty20 Capital

Rebecca Watson (pictured) has joined Twenty20 Capital, dedicated investor in the staffing and workforce solutions sector, as CEO of RSS Global.

RSS Global is the new group brand for six UK staffing and workforce solutions companies that were acquired by Twenty20 from Impellam: Blue Arrow, Career Teachers, Chadwick Nott, Global Medics, Medacs Healthcare, Litmus and Tate. They supply temporary and permanent staffing across the logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, health and care, legal and education sectors.

Watson led the brands under their previous owner.

Founded by Tristan Ramus and Ian Munro in 2017, Twenty20 has made eight acquisitions in the last three years. Along with its holdings in the UK, it also has significant operations in the global market place such as Germany, France, Dubai, UAE and now, having invested in RSS Global, operations in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Canada.

Ramus and the Twenty20 Capital team recognised the huge potential in RSS Global as a natural fit for their investment approach of supporting management teams of human capital businesses to re-ignite future growth and success.

The investment and acquisition of RSS Global adds more than £600m of revenue to Twenty20’s growing portfolio of businesses, bringing total revenues managed to more than £1.5bn.

The intended transaction was announced by Impellam in February, and completed on 3 March. The transaction was advised by Dahren Naidoo at Freeth’s, and Close Brothers were used as funding partners alongside T20 Capital.
