• Global workforce solutions provider Airswift has appointed Anna Frazzetto as chief revenue officer in New York. Frazzetto is an established technology recruitment executive including most recently holding chief digital technology officer roles at Tential and Harvey Nash.
• AMS, a global talent solutions business, has appointed Sharon Bagshaw to its executive team as regional managing director UK and Ireland. Bagshaw joins AMS from the leadership team of technology and business services provider IBM where she was a UK board director. She brings with her over 30 years’ experience in technology outsourcing and complex business service delivery across industries as varied as financial services, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and the public sector.
• Executive search firm Anderson Quigley has appointed Elizabeth Theobald as partner to further develop the business’s not-for-profit and housing practices. Theobald previously worked for a global search company and has an extensive background in senior HR roles across the public sector as head of HR for a global think tank.
• The CBI has appointed temporary labour market expert Julia Kermode to its North-West Council. Kermode holds the position of regional council member for the North-West and will play a central role in the CBI’s formal governance for the region and ensuring action taken by the CBI represents the best interests of flexible working.
• Talent advisory firm Durlston Partners has appointed Joshwa Shah as head of business development. As head of business development, Shah will be responsible for growing and strengthening Durlston’s roster of UK-based and international clients to support the firm’s efforts to accelerate its international expansion. He has worked at Durlston as a consultant and senior recruiter since 2021.
• emagine Consulting, a provider of business and technology services to the financial services sector, has appointed Martin Hartley as group chief commercial officer. Hartley joined emagine in 2019 as UK and Ireland sales director. He will be responsible for unifying commercial services and overseeing professional services, marketing and bid management.
• Executive search firm Foyne Jones has appointed Taylah Jenkins as recruitment resourcer. Jenkins joins after 10 years in the education sector and has mainly worked within the education industry in Australia and the UK, starting her career with a traineeship in childcare.
• Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has announced the promotions of 19 partners, 29 principals and one senior client principal in its executive search and Heidrick Consulting businesses globally. For details of the new promotions, click here.
• Executive search firm MM Search has appointed Lindsay MacLeod as associate partner in Scotland. This new position will see MacLeod lead the business’s procurement and supply chain sectors while also developing the engineering, manufacturing and logistics offering. She brings a wealth of experience following her tenure with recruitment firms Page Group, Drummond Bridge, Badendoch & Clark and Hays.
