CONTRACTS & DEALS: 3-6 JANUARY 2023

This week’s new contracts & deals include: Jobilla, Seven Search and Selection, SustainAbility Consulting, SustainDigital, TXM Group

Jobilla and its partner Jobilla Nederland have merged, creating a new business unit called Jobilla Benelux BV. The new subsidiary joins Jobilla Finland and Jobilla DACH GmbH to become the third fundamental pillar of the Jobilla Group. Jobilla is a recruitment marketing platform that utilises social media and marketing strategies to help companies reach, attract, activate and hire candidates. It claims candidates can apply for jobs in less than three minutes on their phones, and the recruiter gets the candidates automatically categorised based on their potential for the position through Jobilla’s AI-powered candidate filtering.

• Recruitment solutions provider Seven Search and Selection has signed a deal to transfer full ownership across to its employees. Gabby Rosenburg, co-owning director, along with the other Seven owning directors – Liam Stokey and Stewart Wilson – will continue to form the leadership team at the recruitment firm that specialises in the FMCG and consumer goods sector.

The team at Seven was supported by Andy Francey and Brad Adams (Freeths LLP) and Ian Meek (Buckle Barton Chartered Accountants) in the Employee Ownership Trust sale.

TXM Group, a global organisation providing resourcing and consultancy solutions in the technology, engineering and healthcare sectors, has completed the acquisition of technology recruitment brands SustainAbility Consulting and SustainDigital. The two recruitment brands will bolster TXM’s technology recruitment capabilities, strengthening its presence in Australia and expanding its global footprint.

Both Sydney-based recruitment firms add new expertise to diversify TXM Group’s technology portfolio, with SustainAbility Consulting specialising in placing tech professionals and SustainDigital recruiting for the digital sector.

SustainAbility Consulting and SustainDigital management teams will remain in place, and there will also be no change to the SustainAbility Consulting or SustainDigital branding. The existing TXM businesses in Australia will continue to operate as usual.
