APPOINTMENTS: 3-6 JANUARY 2023

• Professional education training provider BPP has hired Nichola Hay as its new director of apprenticeship strategy and policy. Hay has more than 20 years’ experience in further education roles, most recently as chief operating officer at Estio Training. In her new role she will lead and develop BPP’s apprenticeship strategy and client proposition, supporting the business to meet its growth plans.

City Executive Search has appointed Elizabeth Lewis as its new managing director. Leading the business into 2023, Lewis will ensure the firm continues to align to its mission of delivering global leaders to businesses, while also allowing the business’s value offering and services to evolve. She joins from financial advisory firm Interpath Advisory.

• Recruitment and consulting group Conexus has appointed Daniel Roberts as managing director. Roberts joins Conexus following 17 years of recruitment experience with Michael Page where he held several senior positions including regional manager for South Wales and the South-West. He will be working alongside the Conexus board to lead the business into 2023 and beyond to support the group board of directors and the Conexus team.

Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Carlos Vázquez as partner in charge of the Mexico City office. In his new role, Vázquez will work closely with the firm’s Latin America leadership team focusing on further expansion into new growth areas, increasing revenue and generating long-term stakeholder value.

KPI Recruiting has appointed Will Stanley as head of driving. Stanley will spearhead KPI’s driving division and ensure the division keeps pace with the agency’s other sectors including industrial, commercial, care, hospitality, executive, and rail and infrastructure.

• Executive search firm MM Search has promoted resourcing manager Natalie Reid to manage the resourcing team with a focus on streamlining processes while maintaining high standards and quality practices. Emma Stevenson also joins the team as business delivery executive and will work with the team at MM Search while continuing her studies.
