Baltimore Consulting promotes Groves to associate director

Bristol-based recruiter Baltimore Consulting has announced a promotion within its team, appointing special educational (SEN) and disabilities specialist Jordan Groves as associate director of education.

In the new role, Groves (pictured) will be responsible for overseeing the division, driving sales within the team, and delivering quality service to clients and candidates.

Since joining the business in 2017, Groves has placed 211 professionals working within SEN and disabilities. “The impact these candidates have had is monumental, not only within their local authorities, but within the education sector in its entirety,” the company said in a statement.

Baltimore Consulting is a senior appointment and niche recruitment expert to the public and third sector.

Since inception in 2013, they have fulfilled hiring requirements and supported vulnerable subject areas such as mental health, special educational needs and safeguarding adults and children across local government, NHS and education.
