• Specialist talent solutions provider Nicholas Associates Group has appointed Julie Davies as its new HR business partner. Davies will primarily be based at the company HQ in Rotherham and in her new role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient HR service across the organisation. Her focus will be on helping to create an environment and culture that will attract, develop, and retain talent by offering a great employee value proposition and place to work.

Primis Talent has announced the promotion of Megan Glynn from associate consultant to consultant. Glynn is based in the Birmingham office and joined the business in July as her first role in the recruitment industry.

• IT recruitment firm VIQU has appointed Connor Mackenzie as recruitment consultant in its Birmingham team’s permanent recruitment division. With one year’s experience working in construction and building services recruitment, Mackenzie will be specialising in permanent software development recruitment.
