APPOINTMENTS: 12-18 NOVEMBER 2022

• Executive search firm Anderson Quigley has appointed Elizabeth Theobald as partner focusing on the not-for-profit and housing markets. Theobold joins the firm bringing “substantial” board level advisory experience and insight across the not-for-profit and social sectors from both the internal and external perspective. She previously worked for a global search company and has a background in senior HR roles across the public sector as head of HR for a global think tank.

• Bristol-based recruitment firm Baltimore Consulting has promoted social care specialist Nikki Smith to divisional lead of adult social care. Baltimore Consulting is a senior appointment and niche recruitment expert to the public & third sector.

Forward Role, a marketing, digital and tech recruitment agency, has appointed Claire Turpin as executive search director for technology. Turpin is a commercial business leader with over 15 years of recruitment experience.

• In the US, Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Jason Henderson as a partner in the New York City office. Anderson brings more than 20 years of experience and specialises in consulting services for large-cap private equity firms including executive assessment, C-suite team development, CEO succession and board effectiveness.

MGAC | RLF, a global project and cost management consultancy, has appointed Melani King as director of talent. In the newly created role within the UK market, she will be responsible for leading recruitment and talent acquisition across the UK. King has more than 20 years’ industry experience and joins from Heron Partnership, a recruitment consulting business she set up in 2016 to advise construction consultancies and real estate developers.

• Talent strategy specialist Wilbury Stratton has announced two senior hires as it targets further international growth. Mark Young has been appointed client partner in financial services. Young began his career working as a bond salesperson in the City of London, before spending almost two decades in executive search including running his own search firm for eight years.

Justeen Tusini joins as research principal and has held several HR and recruitment roles before relocating to the UK from New Zealand. She joined the Financial Conduct Authority, working within the resourcing and talent team overseeing day-to-day operational management of the outsourced supplier and the FCA.

Resource Finder’s radiologist recruitment in India gives better outcome for NHS trust

UK agency Resource Finder says its in-person recruiting trips abroad to bring on board medical staff for NHS trusts is resulting in “a better outcome for all parties”.
