Oyster Partnership today launches its rebrand and website, as well as its new offices in London’s Mayfair. The recruitment firm says the rebrand – ‘Bring on the brilliants’ – is about building something “extraordinary” for clients, candidates and for its own people. A social media campaign invites people to share experiences they feel are worth waiting for, and be in with a chance of winning a £350 voucher and some enviable goodies.

Sasza Bandiera, MD of Oyster Partnership, said: “The pandemic brought about new challenges, but also lots of new opportunity for the business. By leaning in, we discovered new opportunities, expanded on what we were doing well and got rid of what wasn’t so good… Overall, we’ve been through lots of internal change over the last 18 months: investing in new verticals, training, D&I, automation, bespoke CRM, new processes & procedures and finally a new brand that really represents who we are and where we’re going. We’ve reimagined what recruitment can be, to support clients and candidates on their journeys.”

• London-based technology recruitment agency UMATR has created a community platform for Scala software engineers, which is the niche it specialises in recruiting. The platform was created to become the place for training material, blogs, jobs, events, industry news, forums, competitions and much more.
