• Clyde Munro Dental Group has launched a dedicated in-house recruitment team in Scotland. Jo Hood and Karen Diamond join the dental group bringing a combined 35 years’ experience in specialist recruitment and an in-depth knowledge in the healthcare sector. The duo will look to build networks throughout the UK into Europe and beyond to source dentists.

• Cornerstone OnDemand, a global adaptive HR solutions firm, has grown its executive leadership team. Deepika Rayala joins as chief digital and information officer; Carina Cortez is appointed chief people officer; and Marc Ramos comes in as chief learning officer. Additionally, within Cornerstone, Toya del Valle has moved into her new role as chief customer officer.

• Recruitment firm Forsyth Barnes has appointed Clare Trotter-Mullins as director of performance. Trotter-Mullins brings 20 years of experience in the senior appointments space. She will work with its teams in London, Nottingham and New York City to improve skills to better help candidates and clients.

• Digital infrastructure provider Vertiv has appointed Cheryl Lim as its chief human resources officer (CHRO). Lim will report directly to CEO Rob Johnson and lead the development and execution of HR strategy in support of Vertiv’s business goals. She brings more than two decades of experience leading HR teams, supporting organisational transformation and supplying data-driven insights for global HR operations in the manufacturing space.
