Keystream appoints three key senior hires

NHS, private and public sector recruiter Keystream has made three senior hires.

Kirsty MacDougall (left) joins as people director, and Louis Hall (right) and James Le Tissier (centre) join the Government recruitment team as director and divisional manager respectively.

MacDougall joins with 14 years of HR and people management experience gained in the public sector and recruitment industry, most recently as head of HR at professional recruiter Venn Group. Her remit is to build Keystream’s employee value proposition, ensuring Keystream is attracting and retaining talent in a period of growth and expansion.

Hall brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained through nine years of public sector recruitment for healthcare and government clients and is a qualified mental health first aider.

He leads the local and central government recruitment teams, a key area of growth after Keystream secured a place on the LGRP (local government resourcing partnership) framework earlier this year.

Le Tissier’s background is in central government recruitment, leading specialist teams and building desks from the ground up. He has a large network of expert contacts built up over 10 years in the sector.
