APPOINTMENTS: 11-15 JULY 2022

• Global payment solutions platform EML Payments has appointed Emma Shand as managing director and CEO, effective immediately following the resignation of Tom Cregan. Shand brings 25 years’ global experience in technology, capital markets and diversified financial services across 30 countries.

• IT infrastructure recruitment firm Franklin Fitch has appointed Martin Rennison as contract director to lead its US and UK contract divisions. He joins with more than16 years of recruitment and leadership experience.

Heidrick & Struggles has appointed two consultants to its executive search business in the US. Leanne Arcinue joins as consultant in the New York office, bringing previous experience from global search firm Egon Zehnder. Tonya W Muse is appointed consultant in the Washington DC office. Muse was previously global search firm Odgers Berndtson and had an almost 30-year career as an association executive.

Tempest Resourcing has promoted Michael Humphreys from group managing director to CEO of its business. Humphreys takes over from founder and outgoing CEO Paul Bromwich, who as chairman, will lead Tempest’s incubator programme. He has worked at the recruitment agency for more than 12 years and has held a number of leadership roles having started as a consultant in 2010. As CEO he will lead the firm through its next stage of growth as the London-based recruiter continues its expansion with new regional offices across the UK.
