Harvey joins THRIVE to head up people & culture

Digital learning and skills specialist THRIVE has appointed Sacha Harvey (pictured) as its new head of people & culture.

Harvey, described by THRIVE as an engagement expert, joins with more than 15 years’ experience in learning and development (L&D) roles across the retail and hospitality sector. Most recently, she worked as people director at Rum Kitchen, a THRIVE customer, where she pioneered new people strategies. Other previous roles include head of L&D at Byron, and senior leadership roles specialising in training at Harris + Hoole, Just Giving Inc and Arcadia Group.

The appointment comes as THRIVE continues to invest in its people strategy. Its employee headcount increased 168% between March 2021-March 2022, from 38 to 102 employees.

As well as teams spanning the UK, THRIVE now has employees abroad, including in Arizona, Colorado, Massachusetts, Missouri and New Hampshire in the US; Toronto, Canada; and soon, New South Wales in Australia.
