B+C will then operate as LHH Recruitment Solutions and Badenoch’s public sector business based in England and Wales will become part of Adecco.

The B+C public sector recruitment business will enable Adecco to provide expert guidance on recruiting professionals to the central government, according to a statement from LHH.

The new offer for clients from the B+C public sector brand will also cover specialist recruitment for education, housing, local government, the NHS and the not-for-profit sector. The new recruitment brand will be known as Adecco Public Sector England and Wales.

The commercial arm of the B+C business, including the Scotland-based public sector portion of the business, will move to LHH. Both Adecco and LHH sit within the global Adecco Group.
